Ricardo da Cunha Limas

His practice focuses mainly on real estate law, commercial and corporate law, inheritance law and succession, civil litigation and corporate.

He assists both private and corporate clients, nationals and internationals, in a vast number of fields, with particular intervention in real estate investment in Portugal – purchase, sale and rentals -, providing advice in all phases of real estate investment.

He assists several companies, some of them from incorporation, including negotiation of contracts.

Ricardo worked with Abreu & Marques e Associates from 2000 to 2005, with Pina Amendoeira & Associates from 2005 to 2008, with Miranda & Associates from 2008 to 2011, with Andrea Viegas & Associates from 2011 to 2020 and founded Cunha Limas Legal – Advogados in 2020 where he worked until become partner at TOL Legal Team in 2024.
