Pedro Rodrigues

Pedro Rodrigues is one of the founders and Partner of TOL - LEGAL TEAM, RODRIGUES & NÓBREGA, SOCIEDADE DE ADVOGADOS, SP, RL.

His practice focuses mainly in the areas of public, tax and corporate law, and he has extensive experience in M&A operations.

Over the years, he has accompanied several international clients and investment operations in Portugal, also supporting internationalization processes of Portuguese companies.

He has held various public positions over the last 24 years, namely as Member of Parliament, Chief of Staff to the Deputy Prime Minister and Regional Development Minister, as well as Chief of Staff to the Secretary General of the Portuguese Republic's Information System and Deputy to the Secretary of State of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers with responsibilities for coordinating the Government's legislative procedure. 

He was also a Monitor of Public Finance and Tax Law at the University of Lisbon Law School and is currently a PhD candidate in Law at Nova University Law School.

He worked with the law firm Caetano de Freitas & Associados and with Uria Menendez.
