Naomi Duxbury-Tetley
Naomi is the partner of Needle Partners´ Commercial Litigation department ( https://www.needlepartners.com/) having joined Needle Partners in February 2016 as a Senior Associate Solicitor.
Naomi was admitted as a solicitor on the 1st July 2010 and has a wealth of experience advising clients through a range of complex corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on director and shareholder disputes.
Naomi acts for and advises a wide range of domestic and international clients in high value contentious matters.
Naomi has experience in contract disputes, property disputes, enforcement proceedings and employment issues, and has a strong focus on cross-border litigation.
Naomi has acted for international Plc’s in numerous multi-million pounds claims, including recently: bringing proceedings in the High Court against a Plc’s former directors for breach of duties; defending an international cosmetics company in a multimillion pounds unfair prejudice claim in the High Court; defending a software company from a breach of copyright claim brought by a national retailer in the High Court; and acting for a national fast food outlet in claims for trademark infringement against its former franchisees.
Naomi is proactive and tenacious with a common sense approach, creative in finding legal solutions in as cost effective a manner as possible.
Naomi started her career in Bradford after obtaining a post graduate diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in York in 2008.
In her spare time Naomi enjoys socialising, going to the gym and walking her dog.
