Carla Ribeiro

Carla is Partner in Mozambique.

Throughout her activity, she has been advising national and foreign investment projects in Mozambique, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, and concessions.

She has extensive experience in the financial sector, being a non-executive Director of UBA Mozambique, SA, since May 2020.

Due to her wide experience, she has a huge knowledge and experience in the local regulatory, compliance and licensing requirements.

She performed duties as Director of Legal Affairs of Standard Bank Mozambique, was Senior Legal Advisor - Rio Tinto Coal Mozambique (formerly Riversdale Mozambique), assumed duties as manager of the Legal Department at Banco Austral.

Worked with KPMG Mozambique and Carlos de Sousa e Brito & Associados.
