Brad Bertoglio is Of Counsel at TOL -  LEGAL TEAM and Managing Partner of INTELINK LAW GROUP.

Over the last two decades he has focused his activity on intellectual property, an area in which he is a recognized expert in the United States, and has represented and advised multinational companies and start-ups in various sectors of activity, particularly in the technology sector.

With in-depth experience in technology, electronics, healthcare and retail sectors, Brad has helped his clients develop and protect their patents, brands and products, as well as in leading significant M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, licensing, technology transfer and intellectual property litigation.
